PHYLLIS A. BRADLEY
Clifton Park-Phyllis A. Bradley 74 of Clifton Park, beloved wife of Norman G. Bradley, passed away suddenly after a long battle with cancer, April 19, 2012 at Albany Memorial Hospital.
Born in Troy she was the daughter of the late Thomas B. and Theresa (Rich) Benoit. Mrs. Bradley married Norman G. Bradley June 20, 1959 at St. Joseph's Church in Green Island and the two have shared a blessed union of over 52 years. She was a graduate of Catholic Central High School class of 1954 and St. Peter's School of Nursing in 1957. She was a Registered Nurse, employed by Albany Memorial Hospital for over 43 years until retiring in 2010. Phyllis previously worked for several other hospitals in the Capital District.
Survivors in addition to her husband include her son Glenn (Robin) Bradley of Nassau, two daughters Teri (Corky) Dorr of Mechanicville and Sharon (George) Nash of Clifton Park, one sister Janice (George) Hansen of Clifton Park. Her cherished grandchildren, Shaun, Jennifer, Jessica Bradley, Kristen, Andrew Dorr, Erika and Nicole Nash, she is also survived by 4 great-grandchildren, several nieces and nephews.
A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Monday April 23, 2012 at 10:00 am at St. Mary's Church of Crescent.
Relatives and friends are invited to call Sunday from 2-5 pm at the Dufresne & Cavanaugh Funeral Home, 149 Old Loudon Road, Latham.
Interment will be in Saratoga National Cemetery, Schuylerville. Contributions to the Shriner's Children's Hospital 2900 Rocky Point Dr. Tampa, Fl 33607.
