A beautiful lady and a wonderful Godmother. I foundly remember spending many summer holidays with Aunt Louise and Uncle John and cousins and experiencing their loving and kind ways. I will cherish these memories for always. Our deepest sympathy and prayers.
Godmother, Aunt, Mentor, and friend. Louise holds a special place in my heart for all the love and guidance that she gave to me. My thoughts and prayers are with her family.
I loved the Christmas boxes that Aunt Louise used to send us each year. They were always filled with goodies- homemade Christmas cake and ribbon candy- yum! Everytime I see ribbon candy now, I think of Aunt Louise and those boxes and my Hood cousins! Thanks.
So many fond memories ....wonderful holiday dinners -invited for 2 and sitting down at 6 (I believe this is where "HOOD TIME" originated....and we can't forget the molasses cookies...and she was always there when we needed her...always...will never forget you Gram Hood...I love you....Char
My best memories are the many summer holidays that we shared togehter, both on the St Lawrence River at various cottages as well as those times when I would get to travel to Granville to enjoy time with cousins.... (Riding bikes on paved streets was a real treat.....Aunt Louse (and Uncle John) will ALWAYS be in my heart. May she rest in peace.
What a wonderful tribute to a great lady...you can all be proud of her. And we are so glad for our last visit in May.
Will see you on Thursday...
Sincere sympathy-Don & Sheila
