To Dan's family, Ed and Peggy. my deepest condolences, Dan was a childhood friend in Rensselaer. Our families lived in different floors of the same house on Dubuque Street. We played in the same yard. I saw Dan twice after his family moved, once at SUNY Albany then at your mother's wake. Dan sent me an email afterward writing about his life. My sincere condolences. I only new Dan for a few short months as he was a new member of the HBK Senior Center in the Village of Colonie. He started a "game day" on Wednesdays and participated in several excerise classes too. He was a joy to all of us there! Will miss his dry sense of humor. Truly a jem.
