Obituary of Teresa M. Fox

TERESA M. FOX Latham-Teresa M. Fox, 88 of Latham, beloved wife of the late John J. Fox, passed into eternal life on November 6, 2017 with her loving family at her side. Born in Coeymans on March 1, 1929, she was one of 16 children of the late Frank and Madeline (Gianese) Randio both Italian immigrants from Naples, Italy. It was on September 7, 1952 that she married the love of her life John and the two shared a blessed and cherished union of 58 years together prior to his passing in 2011. Teresa was a loving and dedicated homemaker. Her family was the center of her life and their happiness was the utmost of importance to her. She was a communicant of St. Ambrose Church in Latham. She is survived by her loving children: Mary Fox, Geri (Bill Tompkins) Fox, Teri Fox, Barbara Fox, Patti Mead, Kathy Fox and Lisa (Kevin) Fox-Wise; her 11 cherished grandchildren: Laura (Todd) Phelps-Smith, Shaun Fox, Aubrey (Tim) Hunter-Bresett, Thomas "Brad" Hunter, Brent J. Hunter, Stacy (Jimmy) Mead-DeMasi, Stephanie (Tom) Mead-Stanton, Shannon Ross, Cassandra (Kevin) Fischer-Carter, Chris Fischer and Jonathan Norris and her 12 adored great grandchildren: Connor and Ivy Smith, Kylee and Carson Bresett, Ashlynn Fox, Emily Travers, Adreonna Smith, Allison Fox, Austin Marro, Emily DeMasi, Nicole DeMasi and Skyler Carter. In addition to her husband Teresa is predeceased by her Son, Vincent "Jimmy" J. Fox. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Saturday November 11, 2017 at 11:00 a.m. in St. Ambrose Church, 347 Old Loudon Road, Latham. Relatives and friends are invited and may call on Saturday morning from 8:30 a.m. to 10:30 a.m. at the Dufresne & Cavanaugh Funeral Home, 149 Old Loudon Rd., Latham.
