In his younger years, Julius also lived in Rockland County, on Lake Ontario, and in the Berkshires of Western Massachusetts. He loved music and attending festivals including Lalapalooza several times. He had a Great Dane, and was a practicing vegetarian. He enjoyed watching the Simpsons. The news of his passing was both sad and shocking. Julius, you truly were one of a kind. You have left a lasting impression on me. Though our friendship was short it was a deep connection. I truly will miss our conversations and late night calls. May you be at peace.

Juju was a kind and caring person. I had the pleasure of working with him years ago. We had the opportunity to snowboard together a handful of times as well as attend a few great concerts. He always made me laugh and always added a new perspective and dynamic to any conversation he joined. He will be truly missed.
