I would like to personally give a Thank you shout out to Rev. Alphonso H. Meadows Jr. for doing a wonderful job officiating my cousin Lucious Gregory Johnakin (Gee)'s Graveside service. 'HOPE' was the theme and the way Rev. Meadows charged each of us to forgive as Jesus did on the cross and to start today to realize there is Hope for us all as we live with each other guided by God to love and forgive each other was a reminder that none of us are perfect and all of us have things we may not be proud of but hope is everlasting. Again, thank you Rev. for allowing God to use you. God bless you, God bless all my family members and cousin Gee S.I.P....

This was such a shock to learn of Gregory’s Passing. I attended Albany High school with “Pecker”.” He was always a gentleman and a sweet soul. God made room for another angel. Rest In Peace.

Words cannot express the sadness we felt at learning of cousin Gee's passing. Our prayers and condolence go out to our entire family. My siblings Bernadette Lynette and Darlene all send their condolences and prayers from the state of California. Gee was a very unique person and he will be missed. We take comfort in knowing that he is now at rest in the arms of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ and that one day we will meet again. To my family I say we must love each other while we are here in this life because that's when it counts.
