Obituary of Marianne E. Tribley

MARIANNE E. TRIBLEY Schenectady- Marianne E. Tribley, 52 of Schenectady, passed away on Tuesday, August 28, 2018 at Ellis Hospital, Schenectady. Born in Albany on October 28, 1965, she was the daughter of Dominic and Jo Ann (Platania) Gerace. Marianne was married to Douglas E. Tribley Jr. on October 17, 1992 and shared a devoted union of 24 years prior to her passing. At one time Marianne was a hairdresser at the family salon on Delaware Avenue in Albany, she was also a Preschool Teacher @ Bethlehem Preschool. First and foremost she was a loving and dedicated homemaker and her family was the center of her life. She also loved flamingos. In addition to her beloved husband Doug, she is survived by her parents Dominic and Jo Ann Gerace of Latham, her 6 loving children: Kristina (Frank) Locci of Guilderland, Michelle Mihaly of Schenectady, Douglas E. Tribley III of S. Boston, MA, Destiny Tribley of Albany, Manny Tribley of Schenectady, and Madison Tribley of Schenectady, 7 cherished grandchildren: Charlotte, Alaynah, Dennis, Coby, Eric, Brandon, and Landyn as well as her loving brother Joseph Gerace of Latham. Relatives and friends are invited and may call on Friday August 31, 2018 from 4:00 - 7:00 pm at the Dufresne & Cavanaugh Funeral Home, 149 Old Loudon Road, Latham. Marianne's Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Saturday September 1 at 10:00 am at St. Ambrose Church, 347 Old Loudon Road, Latham, with Fr. Brian Kelly officiating.
