Hi Tony
I was shocked when I heard you passed on.
You always bounce back from your illnesses
You jump back to your active life. I was always in awe of you for that. Rest In Peace, however I think you will be busy anyway.but without the pain and limitations. God bless you. I’ve been saying prayers for you and you are always in my thoughts.
Sincerely
Cheryl Bowen

To Tony's family. I have worked with Tony for the last 18 months with the American Red Cross. His dedication to the veterans and educating the other volunteers was very valued. His jokes although kinda corny ,sure lightened up a meeting. He will be remembered always and as a veteran myself I so appreciate all the time he dedicated to helping fellow veterans. God Bless & I salute you Tony! Margie

I became an Amateur Radio Operator when I was pretty young, thirteen years old to be exact. Excited about the hobby, my energy-level was a bit much for some of those in the hobby to handle. Tony was different. Encouraging and funny, Tony was one of the many hams who built up my confidence and allowed me to truly enjoy a hobby that was my lifeline growing up. He has left an impression on my life that I will never forget.

There was only one Tony. We were ham radio buddies for over 40 years. Tony and I went on many road trips together to various hamfests as far away as Dayton. There was never a dull moment with him around. I miss him already.

I knew Tony through the Winter Shortwave Listener's Fest held every year in the suburbs of Philadelphia. He was a true gentleman and I will miss speaking with him at the Fest. We had some mutual amateur radio friends in common and he would fill me in on what was going on in the Troy club and I would fill him in on what was going on down on Long Island. I always appreciated the time he devoted to the hospitality room. Gone too soon Tony. My sincerest condolences to his family and close friends.
