The Goyette Family has always held a special place in my heart. From childhood memories to trips with the family, my stories and memories of Chris were always so cheerful. When something like cancer takes the "LIFE" of someone like Chris it really makes no sense at all..... The above obituary was spot on when it noted Chris was one of the 'good guys". Quietly in the background ---- thinking more of others than he did of himself... whether that be family or stranger in need. Everyone is saddened at the death of someone who had so much yet to give and offer..... BUT for those whose LIFE Chris has touched..... his kindness and genuine love and care will last well beyond his earthly life. I met Chris when he would come into DeLucia's deli.We had so many customers named Chris. We referred to him as "Good looking Chris"
Blue eyes his most striking feature, soulful eyes, smart, soft spoken,never negative and he adorned his family.Love, prayers and wonderful memories is what I have.
I took this photo some years back for a Christmas gift for my boss ,a photo collage of our customers.Chris thought it a wonderful idea and more than glad to pose.Happy memories
