So sorry to learn of Sister Lamese's passing. Prayers for her and the family she loved. I first met Sister by phone in Hawaii many years ago. I was on vacation and Sister Raphael had asked me to call Lamese. She was so gracious.
When she returned to Albany we met in person. Sister Lamese was a model of hospitality, inviting us to lunch or serviced through the years. She was tiny, gentle powerhouse, fueled by her faith. Always, she was kind. May she rest in peace. I will miss her phone calls.
