Rollie and I were very close Valley Steam, NY friends during the period 1952 through 1962. Albeit we hadn't been in contact with one another since '62, I would like to express what a great friend and individual Rollie was, as evidenced by his beautiful obituary. The precise same qualities he had during all the years I knew him so well, the same traits of the entire Guilz family, personally evidenced by me as we all spent so much time together. Rollie was special - a tremendously talented athlete in so many sports, but most importantly the nicest and kindest person to everyone he ever met. One of the best individuals I have ever known.
