Obituary of Albert Alfred Dupuis

ALBERT ALFRED DUPUIS Latham-Albert Alfred Dupuis, 78, of Latham, beloved husband of Bernice Carol Williams Dupuis, entered into eternal life on Saturday, July 3, 2021 at Albany Medical Center. Born in Ware, MA on March 14, 1943, he was the son of the late Edward O. and Claire (Brunelle) Dupuis. He graduated from technical school in Massachusetts with an emphasis on electronics. He married his beloved Bernice Carol Williams on June 5, 1971 at Sacred Heart Church in Cohoes and renewed their wedding vows on their 50th anniversary. After graduation he moved to Cohoes to work for Virga Pizza Co. dealing in wholesale foods for a few years. He then began working for Mohawk Dental Supply Co., servicing all kinds of dental and imaging equipment. After his retirement he went to work part time at Our Lady of the Assumption Church in Latham where he also served as an usher and eucharistic minister. Survivors in addition to his wife include his loving children Jason Dupuis & with his wife Simone, of Hoosick Falls and Aimee Yeong Dupuis of Hawaii, his adored grandchildren Jacob, Grace, Kaylee and Aidan. Al was predeceased by his brothers Edward Dupuis Jr. and Francis Dupuis. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held Thursday July 8, 2021 at 11:00 am in Our Lady of the Assumption Church, 498 Watervliet-Shaker Road, Latham with Rev. Geoffrey Burke, pastor officiating. Relatives and friends are invited and may call on Thursday from 9:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. at Our Lady of the Assumption Church. Interment will be in St. Joseph's Cemetery Waterford.
