Obituary of Constance Repko

CONSTANCE REPKO Constance "Connie" Repko, 78, lifelong resident of Latham, entered into eternal life on August 17th, 2021 at Shaker Place in Albany, NY. Born in Albany on June 14th, 1943 she was the daughter of the late Henry and Alice (Belkevich) Vogel. Connie attended St. Joseph's Academy in Albany, NY graduating in 1961. She was valedictorian of her class. Connie was a loving mother, grandmother, sister, aunt, and friend. She put spending time with her family first and cherished the memories that were made. Connie rarely, if ever, missed an event for her grandchildren. Her grandchildren could always hear her yelling "Wahoo!". Connie loved animals and was an avid traveler taking vacations whether near or far. She had a very generous heart donating to countless charities and giving of her time. She loved to sing and had been a member of the St. Pius X choir. Connie leaves behind her children James A. Repko, John (Jessica) Repko, Mary (Christopher) Reihs and Joseph Repko. Also survived by her sisters Isabelle (Dennis) Scimeca, Andrea (Kenneth) Stewart, and Cynthia Vogel, grandchildren Alexandra, Kyle, Abigail, Julia, and Aidan. Connie had numerous special nieces, nephews, great-nieces, and great-nephews. Relatives and friends are invited to attend visitation on Thursday, August 19th, 2021 from 5:00 pm to 7:00 pm at the Dufresne & Cavanaugh Funeral Home 149 Old Loudon Road, Latham. Funeral Mass will be celebrated on Friday, August 20th, 2021 at St. Pius X Church, 23 Crumitie Rd., Loudonville, 10:00 am. Interment to immediately follow at St. Agnes Cemetery, Menands.
