Obituary of David M. Clark
DAVID MICHAEL CLARK
David Michael Clark of Latham, NY, peacefully passed away at home, in the loving company of his family.
Born on March 2, 1972, son of Albert Clark and Betsy Snyder Clark. David graduated from Christian Brothers Academy in 1988 and attended SUNY Canton College, NY. He then entered the workforce with Orange Ford. He continued his employment with Metro Ford and Latham Ford. He loved to work, and more than that enjoyed the time he spent talking with customers he was helping. He knew every part by number, and often assisted with tracking down parts that no one could find.
David especially enjoyed time spent at camp with loved ones on Schroon Lake. He loved anything that went fast. He would spend hours riding the trails on his beloved Artic Cat, and sunny afternoons with his speedboats and hydros racing up and down the lake. He was the biggest Notre Dame fan around, and was always quick with a joke, knew lines to the best movies (On Golden Pond was his favorite) and was ready to listen to, or tell, a great story. Above all, he loved spending time with his family, especially during the holidays when he would host Christmas Eve.
David is predeceased by his Uncle and best friend, Garry Snyder. Survivors include his companion Cheryl Atwell and grandson Bryan; his brother Darrell Clark (Brooke) of Schroon Lake; and his niece, Sloan Clark; Uncle Harold Snyder and his Aunt Geraldine McMullen who assisted lovingly with care and support. Also survived by many loved Aunts, Uncles and cousins.
