Obituary of Patricia Ann Tryon
PATRICIA ANN TRYON
LATHAM - Patricia Ann Tryon, 82 of Latham, beloved wife of Charles L. Tryon, passed away on Monday, October 17, 2022 at St. Peter's Hospital in Albany.
Born in Middletown, on January 25, 1940, she was the daughter of the late Roy and Mary (Bedford) Mann. Patricia married Charles L. Tryon in September of 1988.
Pat worked the majority of her life as a homemaker caring for her home and her family. She also was owner and operator of a local florist and most recently she loved spending time at her primitive craft store, Back In Time, on Old Loudon Road in Latham. Pat lived a full and hands-on life. She was a true artist at heart and had an undeniable knack for craft and design. Her deepest joy however came from her family. She will be forever missed yet eternally cherished by those who loved her.
In addition to her parents Pat is predeceased by her four sisters, five brothers, many loving in-laws, and beloved granddaughter Marlana and dear grandson Andrew.
In addition to her husband Charles, Pat is survived by her children Robin (Barry) Sherwin, Roy (Karen), Johnson, Kim Johnson, Jamie (Carol) Johnson, nine loving grandchildren: Matthew, Michael, Meghan, Ashley, Erica, Brooke, Alyssa, Hannah, and Baylee, and eleven great-grandchildren. Also survived by five sisters-in-law, one brother-in-law, and many cherished nieces and nephews.
Relatives and friends are invited and may call at the Dufresne & Cavanaugh Funeral Home, 149 Old Loudon Rd., Latham, on Friday, October 21, 2022 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM. A prayer service will take place at 12:30 PM with Rev. Gordon Drake of Calvary United Methodist Church officiating.
