The world suddenly lost all its flavor on 03/24/23. Those of you lucky enough to have known George will understand how this loss will change everything. He was the love of my life, my best friend for twenty years and it wasn’t supposed to end this soon. He was warm, kind, smart, generous, and the best person I have ever known. His smile & laugh were infectious; everyone he met was better for it. George saw the good in people and enjoyed life. He will be missed every moment and life will never be the same.

Georgie was my only cousin and I always thought he was the coolest and sweetest guy. When I was little, I remember watching him dance like vanilla ice and was amazed how he could hold his own leg and jump over it! He taught me how to head butt, I don't think he was expecting me to do it to my classmates though. I didn't get to see him often since he lived so far away but I feel so blessed he was able to come down for my wedding. That was the last time I saw him. I miss him very much just knowing I'll never see his beautiful smile and awesome eyebrows again. I love you Georgie and I know your making everyone smile in heaven with your contagious laugh and great personality. I know you'll be there to greet me when I get to heaven. Until then, goodbye.

I had the pleasure of being George’s Mom! From the moment he came into this world, he was a blessing to me! He was the best little boy and grew into a wonderful handsome man! He was a wonderful son, Cousin to Laura and Leigh, a wonderful Nephew to his Aunt Lu and his Uncle Bill, and Uncle Geoff. He was also an awesome husband to his wife Sunday! There is a big hole left in my heart without you.My world will never be the same to me without you in it. I love you Georgie and your Mommy will miss you so much!

One thing that I loved about George was that he absolutely adored Sunday. I’m lucky to have been able to spend time with him, he was such a sweet man and a joy to be around. I was looking forward to George meeting our new baby and seeing our new house. He will be truly missed and I’m sending all my love to Sunday and everyone that was blessed to know George.

George will truly be missed by friends and family. He shared his father’s big heart and willingness to help others, enjoying simple pleasures like cooking and snuggling with the dogs. With a lot more love to give, it will still shine through for Sunday.

Georgie was my nephew but I loved him like a son. He was always fun loving and happy and his smile was radiant. He was loyal and kind hearted. He loved animals, sports, food and family. He left us way too soon and I will miss him forever. Love you Georgie and rest in peace. Aunt Lu

Georgie lived with us through his high school years and I cherish those memories: his rigatoni addiction, his friends choreographing a hip hop dance to Vanilla Ice, his devil eyebrows and huge easy smile. I’ll never forget how handsome he was going out the door to his senior prom. Georgie taught my little sister Leigh to head butt. He thought it was hilarious… until the day she did it in preschool to an unsuspecting victim. He was always doting on us and getting us into little hijinx like that. A gentle, fun loving giant. Rest in peace Georgie. You were easy to love. God bless you Sunday and Aunt Nancy, I’m sorry for your loss, Laura
