Obituary of Patricia F. Crowley

PATRICIA F. CROWLEY

LATHAM - Patricia Frances (LoPresti) Crowley, 76 of Latham, beloved wife of Michael J. Crowley Sr., passed away after a courageous battle with Parkinson's disease on Saturday, October 7, 2023 at her home surrounded by the unconditional love of her family.

Born in Albany, she was the daughter of the late Phillip and Edith (Lorenze) LoPresti. Pat and Mike were married on July 30, 1966 and cherished all of their fifty-seven years together, not just as husband and wife but as best friends.

Pat enjoyed traveling to various cities and states to attend many concerts of her favorite Country Western singers. One of her favorite places to be carefree and vivacious was the dance floor. There was never a song, Pat couldn't find the beat to dance to. Throughout Pat's life she participated and won many dance competitions. One of Pat's family's fondest memories of her is dancing in the house sharing her passion with all of them. In addition to her traveling and dancing, Pat also enjoyed crocheting and bowling. She would also never refuse a trip to the casino to play the slots.

In addition to her husband Michael, Patricia is survived by her children, Michelle Crowley, Debbie Crowley, Kathy Nicholson, Diane (Walter) Senke and Michael (Carolyn) Crowley Jr; and her beloved grandchildren Karen Mergel, David Crowley, Crystal (Dennis) Nicholson-Tilley, Kayla (Jeff) Grugan, Renee Crowley, Cameron (Alexis) Payne, Jennifer (Timothy) Hodges, Taylor Crowley, Brianna (Shane) Hansen, and Madison Crowley; several great-grandchildren, nieces and nephews in addition to her two sisters Barbara Sheldon and Mary Hamilton.

In addition to her late parents, Pat is predeceased by her granddaughter Kirsten Nicholson and her two brothers Phillip (Buddy) LoPresti Jr. and Roy LoPresti

Relatives and friends are cordially invited to attend calling hours on Wednesday, October 11, 2023 from 4:00 to 7:00 PM at the Dufresne & Cavanaugh Funeral Home, 149 Old Loudon Rd., Latham. Funeral will Service will be held on Thursday, October 12, 2023 at the funeral home beginning at 10:00 AM. Interment to immediately follow at Evergreen Memorial Park, Schenectady.
