Mr Lavonas was my principal at Wynantskill schools early to mid 70s...he was also a friend of my parents through other teachers at the school...unfortunately I was somewhat of a regular visitor of his office lol...looking back the punishments he handed out to me over those years definitely made me more responsible and a better man later in life. Rest in peace Mr Lavonas
