Obituary of Ann L. Archambault
ANN L. ARCHAMBAULT
LATHAM - Ann L. Archambault, of Latham, beloved wife of the late Jackson L. Archambault, passed
away peacefully on December 30, 2023 with her loving family at her side.
Born on March 23, 1931 in Ticonderoga, New York. She was the daughter of the late Pasquale and the
late Giovanni (Cioppa) Vigliotti. She was the youngest of nine children.
Ann graduated From Ticonderoga High School. She raised her seven children (and what an amazing mom
she was) before going to work as a medical receptionist, at Latham Medical in Latham for 16 years, and
later worked for Thomas Nicola Physical Therapy on Everett Road as a receptionist for 9 years until
retiring in 1998. She enjoyed being a grandmother to the kids at her daughter’s day care for many years
where she was known as “Mrs. Ann”. She was a proctor for the NYS Bar Exam for many years and an
inspector for the Albany Co. Elections for over 30 years.
She was involved in several local clubs, enjoyed reading, ironing and loved her family, children,
grandchildren and great grandchildren.
Ann leaves many survivors including her 7 cherished children Mark (Kim) Archambault, Terry (John)
Sibilia, John (Laura) Archambault, Paul (Sue) Archambault, Mary (Dawn Telfer) Archambault, Rob
(Michelle) Archambault and Elise (Kevin) Fronk; Her cherished grandchildren, Dan (Mary), Kristen
(Mike), Hailey (Dani), Devon (Mike) Jackson (Jaclyn), Schuyler (Jim), Kyle (Tammie), Keely (Andrew),
Sadie and Brandon (Laura), and was the best Nona to her great-grandchildren Addison, Brooklyn, Enzo
and “Baby A” due in July.
Relatives and friends are cordially invited to attend calling hours on Wednesday, January 3, 2024 from
4:00 to 7:00 pm at The Dufresne & Cavanaugh Funeral Home, 149 Old Loudon Rd., Latham.
Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated by Rev. Geoffrey Burke at Our Lady of the Assumption
Church, 498 Watervliet Shaker Rd., Latham on Thursday, January 4, 2024, 9:00 am.
Rite of Committal and interment will immediately follow the mass at Most Holy Redeemer Cemetery,
Niskayuna.
In lieu of flowers donations in memory of Ann may be made to Our Lady of the Assumption Church 498
Watervliet-Shaker Rd. Latham, NY 12110 or the American Cancer Society 1 Penny Lane Latham, NY
