MARY C. GALLAGHER

LOUDONVILLE - Mary Catherine Gallagher, 87 of Loudonville, beloved wife of over fifty years to the late Thomas J. Gallagher Jr., passed away on Monday, April 8, 2024 in the comfort of her home surrounded by her loving family.

Born in Albany, on September 27, 1936, Mary was the daughter of the late James and Mary (Lavigne) Maguire.

Mary is survived by her children Thomas (Dawn) Gallagher, Mary (Frank) Willey, William (Amy) Gallagher, and John (Barbara) Gallagher; her brothers James (Madeline) Maguire and Paul (Nancy) Maguire; seven grandchildren, five great-grandchildren; as well her sister-in-law Mary (late Arnold) Cole and several nieces and nephews.

In addition to her late husband and parents Mary is predeceased by her sisters Anne (late Earl) MacIntosh and Jean (late John) Davis.

Relatives and friends are invited to attend a memorial service on Monday, April 15, 2024 beginning at 11:00 am at The Dufresne & Cavanaugh Funeral Home, 149 Old Loudon Rd., Latham. Private interment will take place following the service. Gathering of friends and family to follow the interment and will be announced at the service.
