Obituary of Mary K. Mulderry
MARY K. MULDERRY
LOUDONVILLE – Mary K. (Frawley) Mulderry, 90 of Loudonville, beloved wife of the late John J. Mulderry Jr, passed away peacefully on May 16th, 2024.
Born in Albany on June 26th, 1933 she was the daughter of the late James and Kathleen (Lonergan) Frawley. A lifelong resident of the Colonie and Albany area, Mary attended St. Patrick's School and graduated from Albany High School. Mary and John were married on August 30th, 1958 at Our Lady of Mercy Church in Colonie. They would go on to spend 60 devoted and cherished years together prior to his passing in 2019.
Mary was a homemaker for the majority of her life however in her early years she worked for the NYS Employee's Retirement System from 1952 to 1959. She then went on to raise her family. She will forever be remembered as a devoted wife, beloved mother, grandmother, and great-grandmother and a caregiver who was always willing to put others first. This was often exemplified through her preparing of family holiday meals, baking, (her holiday fudge was a cherished specialty) as well as through her fondness of quilting. Over the years she would often make quilts to be donated to local shelters. Mary also enjoyed Irish music, tending to her yard, and flower gardening. Of all the joys Mary experienced in her life however, nothing compared to that of spending quality time with dear grandchildren. She will be forever missed and eternally cherished in the hearts of those she leaves behind.
Mary is survived by her four children Jack (Tracy) Mulderry, Kevin Mulderry, Greg (Melissa) Mulderry, and Sheila (Greg) Bird, as well as many grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
In addition to her late husband and parents, Mary is predeceased by her son Timothy Mulderry who passed on April 12th, 1987, as well as her four brothers.
