I started working with Don in 2015 and he rapidly became part of my “FEMA family”. Don was a genuine, affable gentleman who left a profound impact on all who knew him. A lasting impression is how fiercely he loved, fought for, and advocated on behalf of his wife, Joanne throughout her treatment and the impact her passing had. Don has been well liked and well respected in our Albany office and FEMA Region 2 … we miss him.
May the love and support of family and friends bring his family comfort during this difficult time.

I have had great memories of Don. I met him while working at St Clare’s Hospital ER. We frequently went out on the town. On one particular night we went to the Sneaky Pete’s night Club at the Latham traffic circle when I saw his eyes light up while meeting Joanne for the very first time. God Bless you Don. You will be sorely missed.
