Dear Sandy and family,
I had the privilege to walk professionally beside Leela for many years at CDPC. By example, she taught me about kind and compassionate care with great respect for all those she so graciously served. While her presence was dignified, she was filled with joy and never passed up an opportunity to share a story or laugh with those around her. She was one of life's treasured gifts to me, to her friends and to her community.
A shining light has been extinguished, but she leaves behind an amazing legacy of wonderful memories to all who knew her.
