WOW! David and Jessica, Colorado Cookie here. My Mother told me years ago that your Father had passed away. I had no idea it happened on Christmas Eve. I definitely remember how much he loved Christmas Eve and the Marshall way of exchanging gifts in the parlor with a few logs burning in the fireplace. So many memories but here are two that really stand out. Both were definitely connected to the Club. First, hitting the driving range with Bernice and Jessica and just drilling balls all over the place without yelling FORE!! I had no idea what I was doing and had no business being at a country club driving range but it was one hilarious memory! Second was when your father was semi retired and doing some work getting apartments and random homes ready to sell. He gave me an opportunity to make a little cash and I took him up on it. He had me scraping old grout out of an old shower that had roughly two million little half inch squares of ceramic tile with a razor blade. It was great fun.....pretty sure I traumatized a nerve in both wrists by noon. Then he took me to the club for some food and drinks! The rest is history! I think he paid me fifty dollars but I never did get back to work after lunch! This definitely goes down as the greatest job I've ever had! Hey, I hope this message finds you both well and happy. All is well in my world. Here are a handful of pics of me and my wife taken this past Summer. No kids for me but I inherited her five! Stay cool, Christopher P. Cook.
