Obituary of Mary E. Gentile

MARY E. GENTILE Cohoes - Mary Elizabeth (Kidwell) Gentile, longtime resident of the Town of Colonie went home to God Sunday, January 11, 2009. At the time of her death she was a resident at the Eddy Village Green (Eddy Ford Nursing Home) in Cohoes. She is the mother of Mrs. Karleen O'Hearn (Timothy) and the late Joseph Gentile her adored little boy. She was predeceased by her husband and childhood sweetheart Henry J. Gentile. Besides her daughter she is survived by two cherished granddaughters Mrs. Karim Aquino (Christian) of Naples Fla. And Mrs. Devon Conway (William III) of Miami Fla. She is the great grandmother of Isabella, Mia, Christian Jr., Riley and Will. Of four siblings she is survived by a sister Ann Lange of Hawaii. She will best be remembered by those who knew and loved her as someone who left footprints on this earth. May she rest in peace. Friends and family are invited to attend a Mass of Christian Burial Saturday January 17, at 11:00 am in St. Ambrose Church, 347 Old Loudon Road, Latham with Rev. Francis DuBois, pastor officiating. There will be no calling hours. Interment will be next to her late husband in St. Mary's Cemetery, Waterford.
