We shared many wonderful years as neighbors in Latham. Joan was a friend to visit with and a helpful nieghbor when needed. She helped us get public water and natural gas to our forgotten end of the road. As I drive down that way sometimes, I am glad to have known the street and the friends who lived there in a time when things were slower and neighbors were closer. May God bless Joans family as she also is blessed.
