Obituary of Diane L. Niebuhr

DIANE L. NIEBUHR Malta- Diane L. Niebuhr, 53 of Malta, passed away peacefully on Saturday, September 21, 2013 at Saratoga Hospital, in Saratoga Springs. Born in Schenectady on April 21, 1960, she was the daughter of the late John A. and Joan (Bruzdzinski) Palmer. Diane was raised in Schenectady and later moved to Ballston Lake. She was a graduate of Burnt Hills/Ballston Lake High School. Diane married Kevin M. Niebuhr on December 14, 1984 and the two shared a loving and devoted union of 28 years prior to her passing. Diane was a loving and dedicated homemaker who loved to cook and she just truly "loved" being a mom. In addition to her beloved husband: Kevin, she is survived by her daughters; Corrina P. Fox of South Carolina and Katie L. Niebuhr of Rochester as well as 2 grandchildren, her brother John A. Palmer Jr. of Ballston Lake and several aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces and nephews. Relatives and friends are invited and may call on Tuesday September 24, 2013 from 5-7 pm at Dufresne & Cavanaugh Funeral Home, 149 Old Loudon Road, Latham. A memorial service will be held immediately following the visitation at 7:00 pm at the funeral home.
