You were never a "Father-in-Law" to me, you were just "Dad" I always felt like the daughter that you never had (or wanted - ha ha). You were the kindest of men and had the best heart (even if it was an apes). I will always remember your contagious laugh and cherish the many memories of the times that we shared. I consider myself to be the luckiest person for having had the chance to get to know you (all because of a gift). You were a gift in the lives of so many people and I honor you on this day. Tomorrow is 1 year and not 1 day goes by that I do not think of you. We talk about you and laugh about you. The people you have seen, spoken to and known were the better for it. Your passion for all things big and small have been an inspiration in my life. I Love you, Man! Ciao' Bella!

You left us so soon, and we'll all miss you so very much. At the "big get-together" a special presence will be missing that you always provided, those extra touches - tiki bar on your porch, indian costumes and associated items, christmas lights and presents. At the campfires a void will be felt because we're missing your deep, jovial laughter and wit.
Yes, your family will miss you, that goes without saying. But we, your extended family, also grieve your leaving because of all the special things you brought in to our lives. We thank God for sharing you with all of us. Until we meet again

I consider myself lucky for having had the pleasure to know Joe. He was a kind and very decent person who I looked forward to seeing. I can still picture him laughing in my memories. I'm sad to accept that I'll never enjoy his company again. In rhe time I knew him, I discovered that not only did he spread warmth to those around him, he was also profound and true to hif beliefs. I have a lot of respect for Joe and I'll really miss him.

To my Dad, my hero and the greatest teacher I have ever known. You were always loving, caring and strong-willed. Even in the worst of times you were the anchor that kept me strong. Amongst many of life's lessons that you taught me, your best was to never give up and to cherish the little things in life. You always put everyone before you and never turned away or gave up on me or anyone else. You always believed the sky was the limit and that anyone could do anything they put their mind to. Your love was contagious, in that it spread to each and every person you met. Your sense of humor and laughter could put a smile on anyone's face. I will miss our Pink Panther moments amongst many others that we shared. Dad, I will always continue to grow from, remember and love you forever. Until the day we meet again, "Au revoir Monsieur Geauga, here's looking at you kid."

Hi Joe,
I never thought we would lose you so soon. The world was a much better place with you in it and will suffer without you. I always looked forward to your laughter and no one could avoid laughing along with you. I will hear that laughter for the rest of my life. Rest in peace my good friend. I miss you.
