GERALD B. FITZGERALD
Loudonville- Gerald B. Fitzgerald, 82 of Loudonville, passed away on Friday June 27, 2014 at Albany Medical Center.
Born in Troy, he resided in Loudonville since 1962. He was a graduate of Siena College and had a career in Banking and Health Care for the Disabled. He was a veteran of the US Navy and served as a Hospital and Field Corpsman.
He was the husband of the late Dorothy Matthews Fitzgerald and the father of James W. Fitzgerald and Anne Fitzgerald Napolitano. He was the grandfather of Mary Elizabeth, Michael Ivan and Nicholas James Napolitano and the brother of Esther F. Coleman.
Funeral Services and burial are private at the convenience of the family.
Memorial Contributions may be made to the Center for Disability Services, 314 South Manning Blvd, Albany, NY 12208
Interment will take place next to his beloved wife at Albany Rural Cemetery, Menands.
