Obituary of Donald Liburdi

DONALD LIBURDI Watervliet - Donald Liburdi 59, of Watervliet, beloved husband of Debora E. Paulson Liburdi, died suddenly Monday, March 30, 2015 at his home in Watervliet. Born in Troy, he was the son of the late Angelo and late Antoinette (Medici) Liburdi. Donald married Debora E. Paulson October 22, 1977 and the two have shared 37 years of marriage. He was employed by the North Colonie Central School District as a custodian for over 23 years. Don loved his family and the special times at their camp in Newcomb. Survivors in addition to his wife include his loving children Lydia (Brendan) Keenan of Staten Island, Lois Liburdi of Menands, Lea Liburdi of Watervliet and Brandon Liburdi of Watervliet. He was the Grandfather of Jack Keenan. Don was the dear brother of Angelo Liburdi of Watervliet, David Liburdi of Watervliet, Robert Liburdi of Texas Mary (Jeff) LaHait of Latham, and Frank Liburdi of Watervliet. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, Aunts and Uncles. He was predeceased by his Brother , Richard Liburdi. Relatives and friends are invited to call Thursday, April 2, 2015 from 10:00 a.m. til 12:00 pm at the Dufresne & Cavanaugh Funeral Home, 149 Old Loudon Road, Latham. Funeral services will be held Thursday, April 2, 2015 at 12:00 pm at the Dufresne & Cavanaugh Funeral Home, Ltd., 149 Old Loudon Road, Latham. Interment will be in Memory Garden's, Colonie.
