John was one of the more caring people I have ever met in my life. He always found the good in people. He took me on some awesome adventurous hikes which me and my family will never forget. He bought my son his first pair of snowshoes and he loved every minute of the winter walks they took. I'll miss you so much dear friend. I'll miss our talks over wine and the laughs we shared. Rest easy good friend.

John drove for us for about 3 years. In addition to being an excellent employee, he came across as a very kind & gentle soul. He loved to chat about his love of hiking, Maine & his El Camino. He often spoke fondly of his mother, sister and aunts. He will be greatly missed by all of us here. Hugs & prayers to the family. ~ The Sterritt-Tratnack Family & all of us at K.I.T. I remember John from the Shaker High Swim Team. Quiet and unassuming and a great breast stoke swimmer. I was fortunate enough to convince him to attend the University of Vermont where he proved to be a great asset to the swim team, but it was also a time when John came out of his shell with the team and otherwise socially on campus. I regret to say that I lost contact with him over the years. I wish his family strength at this time and pray that God carries them through this most difficult, if not impossible, time in their lives. jt werther
