Obituary of Cynthia "Cyndi" Massey-Fruscio

CYNTHIA "CYNDI" MASSEY-FRUSCIO Menands- Cynthia "Cyndi" Massey-Fruscio, 51 of Menands, entered into eternal life on Thursday, April 16, 2009 at Albany Medical Center. Born in Troy, she was the daughter Angela (Gatto) Massey of Latham and the late John A. Massey Cyndi was a graduate of St. Patrick's Grammer School in Watervliet and from Shaker High class of 1976. She attended Schenectady Community College. She was currently employed by Dr. Michael Esposito in Albany as a medical office assistant. She was formerly employed as the Spa Manager for Complexsions Day Spa in Colonie and the Cosmetic Manager for Steinbachs. Cyndi was known for her kind and generous spirit. She cared about everyone else before herself. Cyndi's favorite past times were spending time with her family and friends. Cyndi enjoyed traveling with her daughter and watching her gymnastic meets. Cyndi always made everyone feel special, She would light up a room with her presence. Cyndi was a Daughter, Sister, Aunt, Friend and Mother, there is never going to be another. Survivors in addition to her mother include her cherished daughter Marisa K. Fruscio of Menands, her loving sisters Karen (James) Yoder of CA, Teresa (John) Robert of Melrose and Catherine Mailloux of Latham, her former spouse Peter Fruscio, four Nieces, 3 Nephews and one great Nephew. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated Wednesday April 22, 2009 at 11:00 am in St. Ambrose Church, 347 Old Loudon Road, Latham with Rev. Francis DuBois officiating. Relatives and friends are invited and may call Tuesday from 4-7 p.m. at the Dufresne & Cavanaugh Funeral Home, Ltd., 149 Old Loudon Road, Latham. Interment will be private at the convenience of the family.
