JOHN M. TRICCHINELLI
West Albany- John M. Tricchinelli, 89 of West Albany, passed away peacefully on Monday, November 5, 2007 at Albany Memorial Hospital.
Born in Albany, John was the son of the late Giuseppe and Lisetta (Buono) Tricchinelli. John was joined in marriage to the former Olga Saroka. The two shared a blessed union of love and devotion for over 56 years.
During World War II, John worked at the Watervliet Arsenal. After the war, he spent many years as a hardworking, successful salesman at Capital Buick on Central Ave. in Albany. Through the years he loved to travel with his family, he was also a lifelong fan of the NY Yankees and after his retirement he enjoyed taking road trips and going to hockey games with his boys. His family will miss him and may his memory be eternal.
Survivors in addition to his beloved wife: Olga, are his loving son Mark and his wife Dace. He was also the proud grandfather to Robert and Peter, and was a close buddy of Sir Baxter.
Relatives and friends are invited to call at the Dufresne & Cavanaugh Funeral Home 149 Old Loudon Rd., Latham on Friday November 9 from 5-7 pm. A celebration of Johns life will take place immediately following the visitation at 7:00 pm with the Rev. Nick TeBordo officiating.
