I WILL MISS THIS AMAZING GENTLEMAN,, I HAD MANY TALKS WITH HIM OVER THE YEARS AND HE WAS ALWAYS A PERFECT INDIVIDUAL,, HIS KNOWLEDGE RELATED TO HORSE RACING CANNOT BE MATCHED TODAY, WHENEVER HE WOULD CALL ME AT MY OFFICE I WOULD RECOGNIZE HIS VOICE AT ONCE. Tom was as kind and helpful a person as I could ever hope to meet. From the time we first met, about twenty years ago, I have considered him a most wonderful friend. Just seeing his smiling face brightened any day. I am so grateful for the chance to know him, and I shall miss him.

Mr. Gilcoyne was our neighbor on Hoffman for over 5 years. We loved to chat with him while we took our walks. He was always!!! so cheerful, pleasant and had something nice to say. We miss seeing his tall figure walking by. He loved our big lab, Buddy, and always stopped to say hello to him. He was a delightful gentleman and we wish his family our deepest condolences. He will be missed by many and remembered often. Joan, Hans & Madeline

Tom was one of the sweetest men I have ever met, he came into the Museum always with a smile and a funny thought, we will all miss him alot and will think of him often

I enjoyed talking with Tom about his memories of growing up in Troy, at School 16 & RPI. My prayers are with you Frances & Gucci. He will be missed. With love from one of his former nurses and my family Cindy Woellmer
