I was so blessed to meet and be friends with Ray. He was always happy,upbeat and fun to be around. I was sad when he left Texas and looked forward to his return for a visit. I am glad he made it out of the hospital and back home to be surrounded by his loving family in his final hours. He will be missed.

I met Ray in 1992, he was my boss. As the years passed we became good friends. He had a great sense of humor, but what I will remember most about him was his loyalty to those around him. He will br greatly missed. Roger Hutton, Cincinnati

Ray and I grew up together in Latham and attended the same schools, including the old Latham school at the circle. There are memories of lunches graciously prepared by his parents at their home on Old Loundon Road. During our years in high school, he was always ready to deliver his quick and humorous wit. I never knew Raymond, but I knew his daughter, Cynthia. For him to raise such a wonderful, kind, unique, sweet, and wise individual, he must have been the same kind of man. My many thoughts and prayers go out to the family. May God comfort you through your grief.
