Obituary of Anthony J. DiLello Jr.

June 15, 1931 - August 07, 2008 Florida-Anthony J. DiLello Jr., 77, passed away Thursday, August 7, 2008 at his home in Merritt Island, FL. Mr. DiLello was born in Albany, NY on June 15, 1931 to the late Anthony J. and Louise Farina DiLello. He was an Air Force Veteran and a 49 year Life Member of the Shaker Road Loudonville Fire Department. He retired as Postmaster in Altamonte Springs, FL after 30 years in the US Post Office. He was predeceased by his beloved wife of 41 years, Marie, in 1996, and a daughter, Dolores, in 1965. Spending time with family was his greatest joy. Family members include his children: Louise (Barry) Isenstein, Tony (Beth) DiLello, Annette DiLello, Frank (Kim) DiLello, Joe DiLello, and Mary (Larry) Humbert; grandchildren: Liz, Victoria, Samantha, Jordan, Sarah, Frankie, Joseph, and Logan; and several nieces and nephews. A Memorial gathering will take place on Saturday August 16 from 1:00-2:00 pm at the Dufresne & Cavanaugh Funeral Home, 149 Old Loudon Rd. Services will be held at 2:00 pm, immediately following the gathering at the funeral home.
