MARIANO RAMOS
Latham- Mariano Ramos, 75 of Latham, passed away peacefully on Monday, August 1, 2016 in the comfort of his home.
Mariano was born in Puerto Rico on April 9, 1941 the son of the late Marcelino Ramos Inglés and Ramona Velez Matias. He was employed in the maintenance department at the University Club in Albany for 45 years. Mariano was an avid fan of the New York Yankees.
He is survived by his sons: Antonio (Alecia) Ramos of Delmar and Mario Ramos of Albany as well as his 4 cherished grandchildren: Victoria, Mitchell, Monika and Taylor and adored great granddaughter Madelyn. He is predeceased by his sister and brother.
Relatives and friends are invited and may call on Thursday August 4, 2016 from 10:00-11:00 am at the Dufresne & Cavanaugh Funeral Home, 149 Old Loudon Rd., Latham.
Funeral services will be held at the funeral home on Thursday, immediately following the visitation.
Interment will take place in Immaculate Conception Cemetery, Latham.
