Obituary of Mary M. Seaver

MARY M. SEAVER CLIFTON PARK - Mary M. Seaver, 83 of Clifton Park, passed away peacefully on Sunday, July 5, 2009 at Community Hospice at St. Mary's Hospital in Troy. Mary was born in Troy where she lived most of her life, on November 5, 1925, and was the daughter of the late Edwin J. and Anna (McCarthy) Mahoney. She was married to Richard T. Seaver in 1948 and the two shared a blessed union of 43 years prior to his passing in 1991. She was a loving and caring homemaker and her family was the center of her life. Mary is survived by her children: Martha L. (William) Chromik of Clifton Park, Kathryn (John) M. Fogarty of Saratoga, Elisabeth A. (John) Hocking of MA, David R. (Cindi) Seaver of CT, Paul E. Seaver of MA, and Peter T. (Sharon) Seaver of FL as well as her 14 grandchildren, 3 great grandchildren and her niece Nancy (Jim) L. Robinson & Family of Ohio. Funeral services will be held Wednesday July 8 at 10:00 am at St. Mary's Church, 196 3rd Street, Troy where Mary's Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated. Relatives and friends are invited and may call Tuesday from 4-7 P.M. at Dufresne & Cavanaugh Funeral Home, Ltd., 149 Old Loudon Road, Latham, NY.
