Obituary of William John Nash III
WILLIAM JOHN NASH III
William John Nash III, 60 of Albany, passed away suddenly on September 29th, 2022.
Born on December 16th, 1961 he was the son of Jacqueline L. and the late William J. Nash Jr.
Billy spent his entire career in the restaurant business as a bartender and manager for many establishments. He created a fast following of regular customers wherever he worked, many of whom became lifelong friends as did many of his co-workers along the way. Billy was a true people person and will forever be remembered for his glowing personality, classy style, and dry yet contagious sense of humor. He was an avid NY Mets and Dallas Cowboys fan and found joy in all music especially Aerosmith as well as any Al Pacino production. However, out all the things Billy enjoyed in this world, his family always came first. He idolized his late father and adored his grandchildren, nieces, and nephews. He will forever be remembered and eternally cherished by all who knew and loved him.
In addition to his late father, Billy is predeceased by his siblings Nancy L. Nash and Daniel M. Nash.
He is survived by his mother Jacqueline, daughter Jacqueline (Stephen) Kindlon. Siblings Derek J. Nash, Gregory J. Nash, and Natalie L. (James) Keenan. Also survived by his granddaughters Kiera and Harper Kindlon, nieces and nephews Daniel (Alexis), Madelyn, Derek Jr., Mason, Klara, and Colin, great-nieces Scarlett and Nora, as well as several aunts, uncles, and cousins.
